In his last blog, http://sxm-just-talk-to-the-animals.blogspot.com/2008/07/lehigh-acres-florida.html, William talked about my "Childhood" dream car... Since I am a kid I am totally in love with this old Classic Lady, the Silver Shadow. It is in my opinion , the last of the most elegant gorgeous car ever made, and I swore that one day I will got one. Of course St Maarten is not the good place to own this type of beauty, in my opinion, because of the salt and the road's condition, but now that we have a house in Florida, why not? 
They come in different colors combination, and the choice is difficult...
But I think I have time to decide anyway...LOL
We need to buy furniture for the house first,
And we still have our old good Chevy Blazer... Which is I believe competitive as "gas eater" with this old Lady.But.... one day... sure there will be one in that garage!

Actually not my style either...sorry Philippe...mine has always been a simple Mercedes 2 seater convertible...maybe in black or fire engine red....
But it is not for me to buy. This is an ongoing joke my niece and I have had since she was 10. I told her that once she got a high paying job, it was her duty to buy me one. About a month ago she called to tell me that the car may not be far off in time...lol...she is now in her mid thirties and still remembers...

Vicki, well you have the same taste as William then in matters of cars. I do like the Mercedes 450sl two seaters convertible, and I would be glad to replace the one we had few years ago, but the other old lady is just a child dream...LOL
